Our Process
Together, we visit the site to examine the general conditions and define your wishes and specifications. This initial meeting forms the basis for our concept and design. We agree the planning fee for the next step.
We create the design according to the agreed specifications and plan the technical implementation simultaneously. Our proposed offer includes the production, as well as the installation. Once approved, we start working on it.
Diligence, care and safety are in the spotlight. We work in accordance with the EU Electrical Engineering Regulation and focus on energy efficiency and user friendliness. All our products come with a 3 year warranty.
After the installation, we will discuss all functions and specifics with you, recheck workmanship and desired operation and explain all individual modes to you. We wish you great moments with your feel-good lighting from ILD!
